RIM buys DataViz for BlackBerry ($50m)

Long-standing Mac developer, DataViz is this morning rumored to have been acqiuired by Research In Motion for a $50 million fee.
The BlackBerry maker’s move to acquire the company follows DataViz making the announcement that it will cancel development of its flagship product for webOS.
Documents To Go is an all-in-one application with support for Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint, PDF, Apple iWork and other files and attachments.
Neither DataViz nor Research In Motion have officially announced the purchase at this time, so keep it in the rumor bundle for now, but reports are rapidly circulating across the BlackBerry sites.
