Best Buy leaps Target and Radio Shack, offers $25 gift card with purchase of iPhone 5

At Best Buy, buy any iPhone 5 with a 2-year activation for AT&T, Verizon Wireless, or Sprint and get a $25 Best Buy Gift Card for free. That’s the first such offer we’ve seen for these latest iPhones from Best Buy and, provided you use the gift card, puts several of these phones at the best price we’ve seen with contracts. (Note that Best Buy is offering these phones at list, starting with the 16GB model at $199.99 for all three carriers.) Sales tax is added where applicable. Some phones qualify for free shipping, although most are available via in-store pickup only. For store pickup orders, the gift card will be provided in the Best Buy store when the mobile phone is activated. For shipping orders, the customer will receive an e-gift card within three to five days of the order ship date. Deal ends December 15.
