Wow. I got a $200 gift certificate from Target for my old first-generation iPad. Does this mean that I can effectively trade-in that first-iPad for a first-gen iPad mini for $24 ($299-$200-$75, ignoring sales tax)?

Target also gives you 5% off everything in store if you buy with a Target card, year-round. That includes a card that’s attached to your debit card so there’s no interest or fees. Just straight up extra 5% off. So you could subtract another $15 off that total.

Credit cards are safer than debit cards (there are laws about how much you are liable for if stolen, unlike debit cards). Pay in full, and you pay no interest.

Will the iPad deals be available online? Don’t know if I want to spend thanksgiving day waiting in line.

So I guess it is only for the 16GB and nothing else?
