And when OS X 10.12 releases, you’ll have to pay again just to make it work again! Have multiple Macs? You just have to pay for a license for each of your Macs!

But CleanMyMac and 1Password are well worth it

      • andrewplacker - 8 years ago

1Password is great although it is not clear from this offer if it is for a OS X version, a Windows version or a license for the OS of your choice. Also, there have been cheaper ways to get 1Password offered on a regular basis. CleanMyMac is completely pointless.

A new version of Parallels will be out in the fall (based on how it has gone in the past). People who buy the current version around the end of July or beginning of August will get the next version for free (also based on their past offers). I am guessing we will start to see more of the Parallels deals in the next few months because they want to induce people to get the current version before that cut off date which will force those users to pay for the next update.

Personally, I have given up on Parallels. It is a great product but the policies of the company are so abhorrent I refuse to give them any more money.

Actually – Parallels provides support for up to 2 versions back…unlike VMWare where they don’t even have a dev team currently. 1PW, Hider, and Clean My Mac is well worth this bundle.

Nice job steering me further away from Parallels.

  2. For those buying the bundle after kaspersky internet security. The license being sold is for “kaspersky internet security for mac 2015”, and doesnt work with “kaspersky internet security for mac 2016”. Parallels should have been more clear about this on advertising.

  3. is it possible to install the software packages on different machines or are they bound to one computer?
