iTunes web integration improved again - now in-browser Apps previews
Apple continues to roll-out web browser integration inside iTunes - now you can preview Apps inside your browser.
In November 2009, Apple introduced iTunes Preview, which allowed users to take a peek inside iTunes using a browser without requiring launch of iTunes itself. The company later added the ability to preview songs within the browser.
This morning, Apple activated the iTunes Preview feature for iPhone / iPod Touch applications in addition.
See it in action by opening this link inside your browser right now - LINK.
Instead of launching a dialogue box which asks if you wish to launch iTunes, you’ll see a page with the app logo, price, description, screenshots, rating, reviews and more in a new window or tab.

For me it loads teh preview page and then instantly goes to iTunes. Seems a bit redundant if its meant to do that.
Works for me! but when I click a link on that page I get redirected to iTunes. Maybe you are using an incapable Browser?
just plain old firefox...
Me too redirects and opens iTunes app.
Maybe because I'm in Argentina?
Yeah in chrome your link is opening the page but also launching itunes
Even in Safari it keeps opening iTunes.
Finally! I am always wanting to see more info on iPhone apps without having to open iTunes when I'm browsing from my PC.
