Am I the only one that feels like Apple is gearing up to take over the living room? I'm suprised more hasn't been discussed on the displays and apple tv.

Think about this: new flat panel displays with Apple TV built in. Maybe it includes a DVD or Blueray drive, maybe it includes Time Capsule? Maybe all 3? Less wires, cleaner design, seems to make sense to me...
