Palm releases Pixi ahead of iPod event
Palm, as of midnight, took the wraps off of its new Candybar (not slider) smartphone for Sprint now officially dubbed the Pixi. Yes, September 9th is a great date to release a product but they might not get all of the PR they are after. i like
cut off that keyboard, then we'll see.
too bad you can snap off the back half of the Pre to get rid that awful '90s tech.
Lol is that anabstract depiction of a clown fish on the casing, that subliminally aims to remind of the very first iPhone background?
If the competition keeps driving Apple. I say more, more :-)
LMAO ! :-)
i actually bought a white iphone for the purpose of doing artwork on the back of it, like this...
And how did you fare then? Any pictures of it?
Isn't it Pixi not Pixie?
No, it's DIXI:

Interesting that there have been no rumours about this. Has Palm taken a page from the Apple secrecy act?
Screen keeps getting smaller. Its not a serious smart phone... just a phone. The Pre's screen was already too small. iPhone is as small as is practical on a real smartphone.
The front looks like shit but the back looks cool.
This is a joke, right? That doesn't look like they actually remembered to design the damn thing.
Will they ever come to the UK (or even out of the US)?
