Uhm, it still not appearing on Software Update.
Yes it did. But nothing noticeably changed on my part.
A tip for you admins taking screenshots of Software Update all the time:
press CMD+SHIFT+4 so that you get the normal crosshair. Tap SPACEBAR once and the crosshair turns into a camera. You can now easily take a picture of any of the open windows.
werd, you get a cookie!
made both the updates but nothing new here... I just hope the magsafe light will start working properly from now on.
My 2.8 4gb unibody never even got the updates
I've occasionally had problems waking up from Sleep or Deep Sleep (I use the Deep Sleep widget). The computer wakes up but the login screen doesn't show, and the screen just stays blank (I believe it's a blue color). Maybe this will fix it.
I've had quite a few issues just using the standard sleep functionality. Occasionally it would not go to sleep and the CPU would spin out of control, but yet the screen stays blank (after closing the lid).
It also woke up quite a few times when the lid was closed and a mouse connected, I'm a new Mac user but that doesn't seem sane to me.
So if this update improves anything related to these issues, that can only be a good thing.

ran through update, restarted, Boot ROM Version remains MBP51.0074.B01, BO6
I meant .B01, NOT .B06
OK the issue with either my external ACD or my MBP display hasn't been resolved at all by this update.
I'm more and more starting to be inclined that this is indeed and hardware issue and not and software.
Why aren't these issues resolved before hand, how do they test these things before they go into production. Do they even test them????
