Twitter has announced that it is bringing Instagram-like photo filters to its iOS application. The application update includes a slew of interesting filters, cropping tools, an auto-enhance button, and other tools that make it easy to edit your photos just before tweeting them.

The above video from Twitter outlines the new app update’s capabilities.

AllThingsD reported the imminent launch of photo filters this past weekend. The iOS application is yet to be released, but the complementing Android version has been pushed out.
