Apple is yet to announce whether or not the live stream will be available via desktop computer browser or iOS Devices like iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch.

Apple is expected to announce iOS 7, OS X 10.9, and a streaming music service at this event. A few hours ago, we posted a look at iOS 7. Thanks, Bryce!

Update: Apple has announced that the stream will be available via its website. This will work on computers and iOS.
