Apple iPhone 6 vs Samsung Galaxy S6 — Ultimate Comparison (Video)

Screen Shot 2015-04-03 at 5.51.33 AM

It’s always a difficult task when comparing iOS and Android devices, but this year it may be more important than ever. Samsung has finally stepped up its game with the Galaxy S6, and now we have something that is truly comparable to Apple’s iPhone lineup. Today we’re getting into the ultimate comparison between Samsung’s Galaxy S6 and Apple’s iPhone 6…

Apple iPhone 6 vs Samsung Galaxy S6 specifications

In this comparison we’ll be looking at hardware, design, software, camera performance and specialty features that each device offers. Before we get into that, let’s talk about specifications. First up, Apple’s iPhone 6 features a 4.7-inch IPS display with a resolution of 750 x 1,334 (326 ppi). Along with that, we have a dual-core Apple A8 processor clocked at 1.4GHz, 1GB of RAM, 16/64/128GB of storage, and an 1,810 mAh battery.

As for Samsung’s Galaxy S6, you’ll find a 5.1-inch QHD Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 (577 ppi), an Exynos 7420 octa-core processor (1.5 GHz quad-core and 2.1 GHz quad-core), 3GB of RAM, 32/64/128 GB of internal storage (depending on configuration), and a 2,550 mAh battery.

Benchmarks between these two devices are very different, with only the single core score showing similarities, but that does’t necessarily mean there’s a big gap in performance. The software on each device is optimized to run best on its hardware, so you can definitely expect a fluid experience on either one.

Check out our iPhone 6 vs Galaxy S6 comparison video below:

Hardware and design

When it comes to hardware between these two devices, there are as many similarities as there are differences. Apple’s iPhone 6 features a unibody aluminum design with a front glass panel that curves around the device to provide a uniform feeling in the hand.

The Galaxy S6 is built with a metal frame and Gorilla Glass 4 covers the front and back side. The design here is almost like a hybrid between Apple’s iPhone 6 and iPhone 4, but with a larger display. This is not a bad thing though. It’s nice to see Samsung change things up and finally give its Galaxy smartphones a premium look and feel.

m9review.00_02_05_20.Still094

Starting out with the Galaxy S6, the front side is home to a 5 megapixel camera, earpiece, LED notification light, capacitive navigation buttons, and the home button with a revamped fingerprint sensor. On the left side we have a pair of volume buttons, while the right side is home to its lock button and SIM card tray. The top has an IR blaster and on the bottom you’ll find the headphone jack, Micro-USB port, and a small mono speaker. The back features a 16 megapixel camera with optical image stabilization that shoots up to UHD quality video, LED flash, heart rate sensor, along with Samsung and Galaxy branding.

m9review.00_00_35_19.Still095

With the iPhone 6, on the front side we have a 1.2 megapixel camera, earpiece, and Apple’s home button with a built-in fingerprint sensor called Touch ID. On the left side we have two volume buttons and a mute switch, while the right side has a lock button and the SIM card tray. There’s nothing to see on the top of the iPhone 6, but the bottom is home to a 3.5mm headphone jack, Lightning port for charging, and a mono speaker. On the back we have an 8 megapixel camera that shoots up to Full HD quality video, dual-LED flash, and an Apple logo.

Software

There’s no denying the similarities in design between these two smartphones, but their software and hardware makes up some of the biggest differences. The software experiences here are highly based on preference, but there are aspects about both that are favorable.

m9review.00_07_05_16.Still092

The iPhone 6 is running iOS 8 and offers a highly optimized feature set with a very minimalist approach. If you’ve used iOS before, this device won’t be too hard to navigate. The home screen provides space with multiple pages to store and organize apps and you’ll find most of the device’s bells and whistles in the Settings app, Notification Center, and Control Center. Overall Apple keeps iOS very simplistic, but that’s what most users expect from it.

Customization options are slim to none within iOS, but you can add widgets within the Notification Center’s Today view for quick access to features in compatible apps and third-party keyboards from the App Store. Along with that, the iPhone 6 features Apple Pay which enables mobile payments via NFC with compatible banks and credit or debit cards. Apple Pay works in part with the Touch ID fingerprint sensor on the home button which also is used to unlock the device, authorize app downloads, and provide specialized integration to third party apps.

If you’re having trouble reaching the top of the screen, Apple has a solution for that called Reachability. With a double tap on the home button, the user interface will slide down half way and make things a bit easier to reach. Apple’s iPhone 6 also features full integration with many features that are available in OS X Yosemite.

The Galaxy S6 is running Android Lollipop with Samsung’s TouchWiz skin and in some aspects, this is the exact opposite of iOS. TouchWiz offers the ability to change the user interface via themes, but at launch there aren’t very many to choose from. The Galaxy S6 also allows you to change the grid size of your home screen layout and choose between 4 x 4, 4 x 5, or 5 x 5. The design of TouchWiz has been simplified over the years and this is definitely the lightest iteration we’ve seen yet.

m9review.00_05_10_04.Still093

The Galaxy S6 also features a fingerprint sensor located within its home button. Fingerprints can be added within the Settings app and the process is simple and easy to do. This fingerprint sensor works comparably to Touch ID and is a joy to use, but I can’t help but mention how similar the setup process is between the two. Samsung’s sensor will also play a crucial role in Samsung Pay which, like Apple Pay is a mobile payment platform coming to the Galaxy S6. Either way, it’s nice to see this feature work so reliably on Samsung’s 2015 flagship.

If you’re into quirky software features, TouchWiz has a lot of them such as Muti-Window which will allow you to run 2 apps at the same time in split screen mode. It’s also important to note that Samsung’s Galaxy S6 features quick charging capabilities and built-in wireless charging. That may not be important to everyone, but it makes a difference if you’re going through battery quickly.

Camera performance

As the old saying goes, “megapixels aren’t everything.” Keeping that in mind, even with the 8 megapixel difference in sensors between these two devices, both take excellent pictures. That being said, optical image stabilization may give Samsung’s Galaxy S6 an advantage over the iPhone 6. Apple’s iPhone 6 Plus features optical image stabilization, but even without it the iPhone 6 produces fantastic pictures. Each camera has its strong points and weaknesses, but I’ll let you be the judge on this one. If you’d like to see the full resolution images from the comparison video, check out the galleries below.

iPhone 6 gallery:

Galaxy S6 gallery:

As for video performance, the iPhone 6 shoots 1080p video at 30 or 60 frames per second. It’s definitely a solid camera for video recording and the digital stabilization helps to keep photos and videos steady and clear. On the other side of things, Samsung’s Galaxy S6 shoots up to UHD video quality and the optical image stabilization helps keep it smooth. Both of these cameras are capable of great things and you won’t be disappointed either way. For a look at video samples, check out our full comparison video above.

Which one should you buy?

So which one should you get? Well, I’m not here to tell you which of these devices is better. In fact, it would be hard to declare either one as the clear winner. Both the iPhone 6 and Galaxy S6 are built from excellent materials and perform flawlessly with their respective operating systems. Aside from iOS vs Android, it’s going to come down to which device and ecosystem suits you the best.

m9review.00_00_03_02.Still096

If you’re strictly into the numbers on paper, Samsung’s Galaxy S6 may be appealing. On the other hand, Apple is known for quality and performance with iOS devices. Hopefully, this comparison helped clear up a thing or two between these flagship smartphones. Let us know which one you prefer.

I’ll go with the non-clone phone. Nice effort though, Samesung.

  2. FERNANDO! (@brutedawg) - 9 years ago

Is there a mistake? ..this article is comparing two iPhones.

    • Apple fans see an Iphone in every phone, it is incredible how they brainwashed their customers.
The front got no similarity, 3 buttons on the front with different size, different branding and speaker.
The back is just obviously completely different. The only thing that looks similar is the grey frame, that is only an impression cause for the Iphone is an unbody covering also the back, while it is just a frame on the s6. Even the color is different cause the s6 isn’t plain black.
But obviously they are booth rectangles with circular corner, they have to be the same…

      • Jens Van Camp - 9 years ago

I’m not an Apple fan persé but all I read from Samsung fans is the word: Brainwashing. I think I know who brainwashed who if I read the comments from the Samsung fan. Just because of the comments I find Samsung more and more pathetic.

    • Sophie Trinh - 8 years ago

If I was to bring up Apple’s history, i don’t want to say much to u. It was always Samsung who had big screens better camera performances.

  3. Luis Perez - 9 years ago

for picture quality, galaxy s6 is way better, and i have an iphone 6

    • cameronhood - 9 years ago

Don’t be fooled by high contrast in the camera AND on the screen; look for shadow details, non-blown-out highlights (detail in the whites); I think you’ll find the iPhone wins by quite a margin. The Samsung has vivid colours and extremely high contrast, but that’s not the only criteria by which to judge. Do you want YOUR skin to be ‘vivid’ and ‘contrasty’? I don’t, nor do most of the women I take pictures of. BTW, I’m a semi-pro photographer, published many, many times in magazines, calendars, trade publications, etc. I do know what I’m talking about.

      • True. As I said many times, camera and display of samsung phones are toys. Just to have high contrast so it looks colourful however it’s not good at all.

      • Sophie Trinh - 8 years ago

tho let me ask u, how many times do u pay 10 minutes time checking every single detail of ur picture, people just look at it in an overall criteria.

      • Sophie Trinh - 8 years ago

Cameras are suppose to capture the image as if u see it with your eyes, so it is ur damn fault if u dont have great skin. N show me ur proof tht ur an experience person.

    • ruinelsoncarneiro - 9 years ago

The only thing I see are overexposed pictures… The iPhone ca do that if that’s what you want…

      • Sony’s IMX240 sensor is a better sensor, gets more detail and more light. You can correct the exposure in booth camera app, but you can’t add the detail or the light.
Pay attention to this comparison( http://www.gsmarena.com/shootout_galaxy_s6_note_4_galaxy_s5_iphone_6-review-1229p2.php ), and you can easily see there is much more details in the IMX240.
For example the second image ”the stucco texture in particular is gone almost entirely” and so on.
Then you can like or not the exposure, but again that is easily corrected, while you can never add details.
Ppl just should stop to be blind, even under something so evident, s6 comes 6 months + later and have a better camera, probably the next iphone will have a better camera when it will come out, there is no need to hide anything.

    • Salah Ahmed - 9 years ago

Agreed. I’ve done a similar comparison of my 6+ and S6 Edge, I think this one time, Samsung actually pulled off a better camera on their phone. Good for us consumers, gives manufacturers more reason to one up each other with their next device iterations.

    • Pedro Coimbra - 9 years ago

Just look at the sky between the 2 phones: One has clear light blue, the other has a wash-out colour that may resemble blue. The iPhone wins. Samsung seems to think there souldn’t be shadows at all in pictures. If something is moderately dark in real life, then it should appear moderately dark in a picture, and not like if it had an extra light source pointed at it.
Another example? Look at the flower: which has the most vivid purple?

It’s like audio equipment really, you want one that has high fidelity (you know, “hi-fi”), or prefer the other that has a louder sound?

      • Sophie Trinh - 8 years ago

let me ask u, these are pictures not what u see from the eye directly, how do u kno which one is the closest to what u see in your eye? urghhh apple fans now a days

  4. OMG. After so many years they still can’t do than rip off the design from Apple.
All the other Android phones gave their own identity, but SameSung keeps copying.

    • Sophie Trinh - 8 years ago

God, people, understand that apple didnt start with big screens, n that they copied Samsung, n how does it look the same as apple? tell me at least 10 things that samsung copied from apple, if all u can tell me it is rectangular screens, back off, cuz all smartphones do.

  5. bubffm - 9 years ago

why buy a clonePhone if you can have an iPhone?

    • Inaba-kun (@Inaba_kun) - 9 years ago

Maybe if you like the look of Apple products but want to use Android?

That must be a market I guess.

      • Dean Har - 9 years ago

Yeah I’m pretty sure that was their goal. It’s a pretty smart strategy, but not one they should be allowed to get away with…

One thing I admire about Samsung though is that they are committed to giving their latest flagship handsets the latest hardware. The camera on the S6 is on par with the Note 4 and the S6’s display is even better than the Note 4’s. As for Apple, OIS and a 1080p display were intentionally left out of the iPhone 6 to drive the 6 Plus sales. I seriously hope that dumbing down hardware isn’t the future of iPhone.

      • Marcus Boothby - 9 years ago

It’s copyright infringement in a way really. In terms of materials and designs, Samsung are about 4 years behind Apple as it looks like a blown up iPhone 4/4S to me.

Dean, if you think Apple put slightly better specs in the 6 Plus over the 6, nearly ALL high end Android devices do this too. Take the Galaxy S5 and the S5 Mini, HTC One M8 and the HTC One M8 Mini. The latter devices are dumbed down versions of the flagships, which as I said, Apple does.

      • Dean Har - 9 years ago

Damn, are we really comparing the iPhone 6 to the Galaxy S5 mini, a device specifically targeted for the low-end market? Is the iPhone 6 not Apple’s flagship?

If intentionally tiering their devices to maximize profit is their new strategy, then that’s Fine. Just means I won’t be buying iPhones as often as I use to. I also won’t bash Samsung (like some of these other guys) for putting a better display (and potentially a better camera) on their devices while still maintaining better battery life. The display on the S6 is better than the iPhone 6’s, and that’s Apple’s fault, not Samsung’s. I won’t be buying the S6, but I hope it sells very well if only to keep the pressure on Apple.

  6. b9bot - 9 years ago

According to tests the Samsung copycat has very poor video performance compared to the iPhone 6. You would think by the numbers the performance of the Samsung would just kill the iPhone but its just the opposite. Shows you the specs don’t mean everything. It’s how you combine everything together to make it work the best and Apple still does this hands down over everyone.

    • Dean Har - 9 years ago

Also according to tests, Samsung has the better performing camera and the best mobile display on any device… ever. These two titles could have just as easily belonged to Apple had they not been so busy milking us every last drop

      • hobslobbs - 9 years ago

Milking … “us” ? What is the company you say you represent?

      • ruinelsoncarneiro - 9 years ago

Best display ever because of what?

        Excessive number of pixels?

Enjoy stretched images, and slow 3D performance and less battery performance.

      • Dean Har - 9 years ago

Best display because it has the best display. There are plenty of quantitative and qualitative reviews online based on multiple criteria, not just pixel density. Check out displaymate’s thorough review.

I can’t comment on 3D graphics, but the S6’s battery lasts longer than the iPhone 6. Clearly Samsung is doing something right

      • Don’t trust paid tests and don’t trust samsung what they say on their conferences. They said the phone won’t bend like the iPhone however they knew they were not saying truth on purpose.

      • Dean Har - 9 years ago

The iPhone 6 Plus supposedly had a weakness at a specific location on the device near the volume controls. From what I’ve seen, the S6/Edge has no such weakness and therefore won’t bend with your bare hands / pockets, though I could be wrong.

As for paid tests, there’s no reason to believe they were sponsored by Samsung, especially since these same tests/reviewers had no reservations giving the iPhone the title of best display in the past, even despite a lower pixel density than the competition.

If Apple wanted a better display on the iPhone 6, they could have put one. But since they chose otherwise, we shouldn’t make excuses for them.

      • andreajean2015 - 9 years ago

The camera absolutely knocked me for a sixer. Quality 5 times that of the iphone. I appreciate both but why compare. Personal choice however to be honest, I’m getting tired of the iphone being the apple of everyones eye, excusd the punn. Lets enjoy this amazing freedom of excellent equipment. What a great era we are a part of.

    • The S6 is pushing more than 2 times the resolution. The resolution of the S6 is so high that it makes the iPhone 6 look like it has a etch-a-sketch screen. Oh, and one more thing – the iPhone crashes like a mofo. Just look at the log for all of the crash reports.

      • cameronhood - 9 years ago

        Complete and utter rubbish.

  7. Given the evolution of TouchWiz, it would be great if reviewers started factoring in settings options like privacy controls (which are still absent from Windows Phone and Android) when comparing customization type options between systems.
Maybe OS designers and engineers will begin including these fundamental tools if the public and media begin demanding them.

    • ruinelsoncarneiro - 9 years ago

      +1

I only see kids complaining about TW and how MKBHD tells them how good is “pure” android.

But reality is that TW makes a decent phone.

  8. iPhone photos seems more realistic to me. Also, they say the samsung is slimmer however when you look at them, iPhone looks slimmer.

Don’t even get me started about copied design. This made me to love iPhone even more.

  9. Laughing_Boy48 - 9 years ago

I declare the Galaxy 6 S as the big wiener of this match-up. Samsung has almost made a near-perfect clone of an earlier iPhone. How proud Samsung and their Droid sheeplings must feel.

  10. Imran Khan - 9 years ago

iphone better mobile in the world…. i have iphone 6….

  11. Ario (@ArioYazdan) - 9 years ago

To tell you the truth I decided to go w/ a OnePlus One (It runs Cyanogen Mod which is the closest thing you get to vanilla Android) for a few months to really see how Android is in comparison. A lot of the things Android fans say is true especially with customization; however, they became irrelevant after a short time, and I couldn’t bare with below what I expected overall performance. On paper it had 3GB of ram and a quad core, yet it wasn’t as smooth as the iOS. long story short I switched to iPhone 6. In conclusion, something about Apple user experience can’t be copied or matched by any of these other OEMs. Although not perfect, iOS is the most frustration-free platform I’ve worked with.

    • andreajean2015 - 9 years ago

I don’t think that samsung are copying, merely because onviously samsung is and will stay an android. Its simply a new option. I thought we like options and competitive progress also alternatives. Simply put, its all about personal choice.

  12. Ryan Morano - 9 years ago

Are they comparing the Galaxy to the iPhone 6 or the 6+. I can’t tell. Seems in the photos comparison it may be a little more suited to compare with the 6+ because of the added stabilization.

  13. houstonche - 9 years ago

I’ve never owned a droid, but I’m disappointed with their decision to take out swappable storage and battery. I thought that was a huge advantage over the iPhone.

    • varera (@real_varera) - 9 years ago

      no it was not.

      • houstonche - 9 years ago

It was to me when I was leaving the hotel room and had to bring my charger for the car ride, whereas my buddy just popped a new battery in and left the other one to charge. I wouldn’t buy a samsung for that reason, but yeah its a pretty big advantage.

        Memory is self explanatory.

      • r00fus1 - 9 years ago

Agreed – you can have external storage and battery – in fact battery cases are common, I use one when traveling. You can get 3x recharges from a decent $20 external battery and it’s totally pocketable.

    • freediverx - 9 years ago

There are plenty of valid points one can criticize about Apple in general or the iPhone in particular, but the vast majority of criticisms focus on all the wrong things. This is a good example.

      • houstonche - 9 years ago

It wasn’t criticism of apple. It was criticism of samsung.

    • andreajean2015 - 9 years ago

Me too. However, the alternative is wireless recharge. Time will tell but I’m excited. I have the Samsung and hubby has the Iphone 6.5. We are both very happy. Thank you developers.

  14. varera (@real_varera) - 9 years ago

Considering Samesoong phone is only a bit cheaper, there is no any point to buy it at all

  15. freediverx - 9 years ago

Samsung has finally stepped up its [shameless copying] game with the Galaxy S6

  16. freediverx - 9 years ago

Next time you’re doing a video product review, don’t use an iPhone with a crappy screen protector glued on the screen.

  17. bearpallan - 9 years ago

All the people who think the Samsung is the clone, you have very very short memories, apple had nothing like this 8 months ago and ripped off the design from including Samsung, HTC and even Nokia. The only thing that makes it apple is the round home button. Apple are the biggest culprits of ripping off other makers.

The article is really well balanced and gives those on the fence a very informative understanding of both phones capabilities without using the technical jargon that manufacturers like to spout

    • OneOkami (@OneOkami) - 9 years ago

I do agree that in a comment section full of spewing about a company copying Apple, I think it’s worth noting that you can just easily argue Apple has borrowed ideas from HTC and Microsoft among others. Also Notification center? Widgets? NFC? 3rd Party Keyboards? Control Panel? Phablets? (Something Samsung has been doing long before Apple)

    • Paul Lloyd Johnson - 9 years ago

What? The design of the iPhone 6 is like a larger original iPhone. If anything Apple have returned to their own design, not ripped off anyone else.

      • someone20152015 - 9 years ago

Pages and pages of icons, how original! Palm Pilot never thought of that! A smart phone like Treo must have copied Apple in 2003. Even the current iOS incorporates/copies the now defunct Palm’s WebOS, see how WebOS Cards worked and how iOS recent app works. NFC and Google Wallet have been around for years before Apple Pay. Samsung had 5.3″ screens phone since 2011 when St. Steve and his followers deem it being too big and no one would buy them. So was the 7″/8″ tablet, iPad Mini came years behind, which didn’t include sandpaper.

I use plenty of Apple products: 27 iMac at work, iPad at home, iPad Mini on the train and a iPhone 5 from work. I also use Windows computers and Android devices over the years (Motorola, LG, …etc). But I am not a fanboy of any one brand. So stop with others copying Apple BS now.

        Never mind, fanboys never listen.

    • cameronhood - 9 years ago

      Total nonsense.

  18. dontbhater - 9 years ago

After reading thru half of these comments I saw quite a few butthurts 12 years old fanboys here lol. Both cameras looks great to me except the S6 are sharper photos. Beside the the speaker and headphone jacks placing identical to the iphone but man after seeing the 2012 Samsung Ativ S Window phone now I can see my iphone 6 is also look alike the Ativ S lol.

  19. Glenn Gore - 9 years ago

I think the ultimate question as to which device to buy is this: “Will this device be updatable to the latest version of the software at all, and if it is, for how long?” History shows that Android devices in general, are only good for maybe one or 2 updates of their OS before they are abandoned, while iOS devices may be updated on and on for several years.

  20. Jan Kooman (@jankooman) - 9 years ago

Dom, which background are you using on the iPhone?

  21. Diego Vicioso - 9 years ago

Samsung has a big problem with security
Hackers can easily hack into your phone
Because the company installs a back door to your phone
People can easily turn on and off settings
    Install and remove apps
    and access personal data
So both Samsung and HTC are not to be trusted with privacy
I have an iPhone 6+64 GB
And I am happy with it
I get a free day long battery life
And Siri is better than S voice
    Samsung’s personal assistant is trash
It is slow coming up with an answer
So I prefer the iPhone six plus

  22. Diego Vicioso - 9 years ago

iOS has better accessibility than android
And easy to use interface overall

  23. Shamsung have upped the game a little with the s6 BUT you would never ever get me using one over the iPhone, Same way as there are many nice windows based PC’s but i would not even consider one over a Mac.

  24. The comments here are truly pathetic and disgusting. It would seem the same bag of *hit trolls from Appleinsider perform their daily migration to these forums also. I have an iPhone 6 and the Galaxy S6 just happens to be superior this year.

  25. It’s hilarious to see all of these apple fanboys use the copying word when Apple has been clearly ripping off Android OS features for years. Additionally, Samsung invented the phablet phone and Apple releasing the iPhone 6 Plus was really a submission to the fact that Samsung was right all along – which is why they slavishly copied Samsung.

  26. Todd - 9 years ago

I thought android fanboys were bad.

First, great unbiased article from you guys, bravo.

My wife uses an iPhone and I have a Note. I showed her a picture of the s6 and asked her if it looked like any other phones, she said, no. The camera and led is in a different spot, the button is different, etc.

Saying Samsung copied the iPhone with the s6 is quite hilarious, and telling of Apple fans ability to ignore every other phone made.

The iPhone 6 copied every Galaxy phone from the original S with its power button and volume button placement. Also, copying the HTC m7/m8 with its visible antenna lines. Lets not forget implementing NFC after almost every android phone had it along with a payment system. I’ll throw this in because it’s funny but, the silver outline of the home button is a ripoff of every Galaxy phone.

The iPhone 5/5s copied the HTC inspire with its bottom headphone jack. Its worth mentioning the HTC m7/m8 and lg g2/g3 have the same placement.

And let’s not forget ios 7/8 adding support for custom keyboards like android has and copying androids pull down notifications in ios 6.

Grow up, accept that companies take inspiration from many sources and accept that the galaxy s6 does many things better than the iPhone 6 and vice versa.

  27. iphone has the most accurate color reproduction, however the quality of the images when you zoom in are piss poor compared to S6 and the pictures aren’t exactly wide angle as much as the S6

  28. Chris Haar (@ChrisHaar) - 9 years ago

“it’s going to come down to which device and ecosystem suits you the best.”

That’s the conclusion? What a wasted article. That could have been your title instead of “Ultimate Comparison!!!!!!!”

  29. pureemily - 9 years ago

Both Samsung and Apple make excellent flagship phones. So far, the Galaxy S6 does Samsung proud. Battle of sixes: which one will win? http://www.noteburner.com/reviews/samsung-galaxy-s6-vs-iphone-6.html

Look at the picture where the 2 phones are on top of each other: Can anyone seriously say Samsung didn’t shamelessly copy the new iPhone 6 design in it’s S6? Even the darker grey stripes are the same, it even has the “6” in it’s name, (almost) the same speaker holes in the same spot, the audio jack in exactly the same place, the metal colour is the same….

Don,t we just love the haters of progressive and comparitive competition. Personally I have always believed Samsung to be a classier quality device. I think Iphones are simply now generic and a status statement. The apple on the back in particular, why be so out there. I do like the symbol and respect the development of such a outstanding improvement on telecommunication. I am in ore of todays tech. However, s6 and the like are wonderful. Personal choice. But stop the haters. Lets simply enjoy and relish in the brilliance of modern minds. We are so fortunate to be a part of this era.

Are you really expecting Samsung to make THE GREATEST PHONE EVER? They still make: apparel, chemicals, consumer electronics, electronic components, medical equipment, semiconductors, ships, and telecommunications equipment. Also jailbreaking is just turning your iPhone into an Android, it just makes customization options, also from personal experience, I’m still going to buy Samsung Phones, done with Apple and their shit.

I’m still very confused.when a iPhone is in hand it makes us fell better..but for features Samsung is best..I think we shouldn’t compare apple with anything.so I’ll go for what makes me fell better

Hey Thanks for this. This is really going to help me decide which to get. I liked the photos compare/contrast, however, if you could get those side by side, that would help with the comparison.

I am still not sure though, which to get, but I honestly might go for the Apple. Still haven’t decided…might wait for the next model anyways…
