How to disable 3D Touch on iPhone

  1. On an iPhone 6s or newer (excluding the iPhone XR), head to Settings > General > Accessibility.
  2. Scroll down until you see the option for 3D Touch.
  3. Tap on it.
  4. Simply switch the 3D Touch toggle from On to Off.

You can also change the touch sensitivity for 3D Touch here as well. This allows you to require more or less force (depending on what you choose) when invoking 3D Touch.
