Apple confirms it will livestream March 21st event for iOS, Mac, Apple TV and Windows users

 

Apple has confirmed it will be livestreaming its just-announced March 21st media event, expected to feature several product unveilings including a 4-inch iPhone SE and 9.7 inch iPad Pro. Although all recent Apple events have been streamed online (with varying levels of success), it is nonetheless reassuring that the trend will continue so everyone can watch Apple’s newest announcements live. Apple will appeal loss of iPhone trademark rights at China’s highest court

In a statement, Apple has said that it will appeal a Chinese trademark ruling which saw the company lose exclusive rights to the iPhone name, allowing other Chinese companies to use the name for leather goods products. Apple is rolling out some iterative improvements to Apple News for publishers taking advantage of its Apple News Format to post articles. Apple is adding Map and Place components, to let authors pictographically display relevant locations — complete with pins to highlight POI.
