Curiosity by Tamper, a beautiful context-aware Wikipedia reader for iPhone

Tamper, a independent iOS company known for their award winning organizer app Morning, today released Curiosity, a beautiful location-aware Wikipedia reader for iPhone. The app surfaces interesting and relevant content to users based on their location, recent events, and hand-curated lists. Curiosity is the best companion to explore the world around you.

The creators of the app wanted the Wikipedia experience to me more than just searching for a specific topic. That’s why when the app is launched, it immediately shows context-aware articles. For example, in the Explore tab you can see what movies were filmed nearby, historic battles that took place around you, as well as other curated sections that are constantly being updated and change with location and time.

Curiosity is available today on the App Store at an introductory price of 1.99 US and runs on any Apple iPhone running iOS version 9.0 or higher.
