Apple says it was proud to support local San Fran charity w/ recent donation

Apple was one of many companies that recently donated to local San Francisco charity SF Gives. It contributed alongside a number of other tech companies in raising $10 million for the charity’s Tipping Point anti-poverty initiative.

Below is a statement from Apple on its donation from the SF Gives website:

“Apple is proud to support Tipping Point Community’s mission of creating economic opportunities for the people in our community who need them most. The Bay Area is home to thousands of Apple employees who give back in many ways and and we’re glad to further their efforts with our contribution.”
