Yesterday the larger iPad rumours popped up again with a report from Bloomberg claiming Apple is planning a 12.9-inch tablet for early next year. Jimmy Kimmel, not a stranger to taking on Apple news on his show, decided to dedicate a skit on last night’s show to the rumors. While the skit is all for fun, it does bring up a good question regarding the larger tablets: Will these be a speciality product for professionals and certain use cases that require the larger display, or will Apple see regular consumers upgrading their iPad Air or even having a larger iPad next to an iPad mini in the home?
