Power Nap with Sleep Tracker & Health Sync is the first Apple Watch app to ‘logically’ put Apple Watch to work while you sleep. While with full synchronization between iPhone and Apple Watch starting and stopping naps can be done with either device. Moreover on Apple Watch asleep and awake times can be logged, and like nap time all sync with Apple Health. Recent sleep durations are available from a Glance as well.
