Reports around the Internet say that Amazon and others are having problems keeping up with demand on iPods. A quick check around refutes this claim to a degree, as Amazon has all models in stock and ready to ship - tho sometimes they are from affiliates. There are a few outages here and there but overall, they appear to be in good supply. But, just in case, if you have holiday iPod aspirations, you may want to pick up something now.
Oh, we'd like to take this opportunity to show you how cheap our Amazon affiliates sell iPods (maybe they will run out!):

Apple rocks the season!
Apple rocks the season! People aren't spending money on junk for Christmas this year...they're buying quality products. Apple is going to be the one standing when the dust settles and Mike Dell is selling pencils out of a tin cup.
Out of supply on iPod Touch
I do not much trust some Amazon affiliates; small firms no one has heard of, with some unfavorable feedback.
