The overall winner, with a combined score of 98.5%, was Lansing, MI, following by Indianapolis, IN, with 98.2% and Atlanta, GA, at 97.9%.
The worst-performing metro area was Hudson Valley, NY, with an overall rating of 88.1%. Rounding out the worst three was Omaha, NE, at 91.3% and the hometown of The Office, Scranton, PA, at 91.9%.
