Apple TV is the exclusive US streaming home for Formula 1 races starting this year. And ahead of the first Grand Prix in March, the Apple TV app now offers a variety of programming to help fans get ready for the season.
Apple TV app adds Formula 1 programming as preview of 2026 season

For F1 fans in the US, there’s a big change coming for the 2026 season. Apple is kicking off a five-year partnership that makes it the exclusive Formula 1 broadcast partner.
All Formula 1 races will stream through the Apple TV app, and be included free for subscribers to the Apple TV streaming service.
To kick off its F1 coverage ahead of the first races, Apple has added a variety of videos to the Home page of the Apple TV app.
There’s a new section titled ‘Get Ready for Formula 1 on Apple TV.’ Its description says: “Rev up for ‘26 with highlights, previews, and more.”
Here are all the videos included:
- Livery Reveal: Red Bull
- 2026 F1 Rule Changes
- A New Era of F1
- Grand Prix Schedule
- Sprint Schedule
- F1 Academy Schedule
- 2025 in Review
- Abu Dhabi: Championship Decider
- Lando Norris: Ride with the Champ
- 2025 in F2 & F3

The videos all have varying lengths, and play directly in the Apple TV app as part of a native playlist. So it’s easy to watch one after the other to get caught up on what’s new ahead of the season’s start.
The first Grand Prix of the 2026 Formula 1 season isn’t until March, so expect to see more F1-related offerings in the Apple TV app leading up to that race.
