Apple announces Silo’s season 4 return date

Over the weekend Apple TV made several announcements at San Diego Comic-Con, including surprise news about when to expect Silo season 4’s release.

Silo season 4 premieres summer 2027 and will be the final season

Silo season 3 is currently airing (you can watch here), with new episodes arriving weekly through September 4.

But over the weekend at San Diego Comic-Con, alongside updates on other sci-fi shows, Apple had a surprise announcement for Silo fans.

Silo season 4 is coming next summer and will wrap up the series.

Here’s the announcement post on Apple TV’s X account:

It’s become common in the streaming era for multiple years to pass between new seasons of a show. That tends to be especially true for higher-budget sci-fi fare like Silo.

But Apple has been steadily working to accelerate the return of some shows by giving them advance greenlights. In Silo’s case, both seasons 3 and 4 were set in motion at the same time and shot back-to-back.

We still have another six weeks of new Silo episodes ahead. But after the season wraps, the wait won’t be too long for season 4.

What do you think of Silo season 3 so far? Let us know in the comments.

Apple TV is available for $12.99 per month, or you can get it discounted through the Apple One bundle.
