Apple confirms iPhone Duo release date for October, details here

Today Apple unveiled the first foldable iPhone ever: iPhone Duo. But the new model won’t launch alongside iPhone 18 Pro. Instead, Apple has confirmed an October release date.

iPhone Duo pre-orders start October 16, ships October 23

Apple’s brand new foldable iPhone, the iPhone Duo, is here.

But even though we now have all the details about the new model, including its $1,999 starting price, users will have to wait a bit longer to try it.

iPhone Duo’s release date is confirmed for October:

  • Pre-orders: Friday, October 16
  • Available: Friday, October 23

By contrast, iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max will be available for pre-order this Saturday, September 12 and ships next week on September 18.
