I’ve been testing a lot of smartphone gimbals recently as vlogging has become a hobby for me. Luckily, I was invited by DJI to get my hands on the new Osmo Mobile 7P in advance – and it comes with an exciting new hardware feature.

To tackle this market, DJI introduced the original Osmo Mobile, a compact gimbal for your iPhone that allows for smooth stabilization and quick control over camera movement. This year at CES, DJI built upon what they’ve learned from customers and announced the Osmo Mobile 2. We took a hands-on look at what’s new.

Chinese drone manufacturer, DJI just released two new products right before the start of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas this year. The first is the redesigned Osmo Mobile 2 for smartphones, which will initially be exclusively for sale at the Apple store online. The second is the all-new Ronin S stabilizer for mirrorless and DSLR cameras.
