iMac Touch shown in patent filings

Patently Apple does what they do and today found some patents related to a touch based iMac-type computer. These patents cover the sensors in the hinge that would change settings based on the orientation of the iMac Touch. For instance, if the thing is upright, it would accept input based on keyboard/trackpad but if laid flat, it would accept touch input. Now, when can we haz? 10.7!
