With iOS 8 on my 5s I have a problem with photos. I can’t see the photos in landscape unless I restart the phone. Restarting fixes it but as soon as I get a new picture it doesn’t work anymore and I have to restart the phone again.
That’s not too good. Have you tried toggling orientation lock a few times? Sadly I think you need to restore your phone.
