When the Pre was launched a few months ago, we joked that Palm had stolen some of Apple’s packaging people as well as some engineering talent. Not to fear, though. Apple, not content to patent everything about the iPhone, and even the way it can be charged and changed as it sits on shelves, has also patented the unique and revolutionaly packaging.
