The Apple Watch may not be available until next year, but that hasn’t stopped one company making an early bid for the title of Ugliest Apple Watch Wristband Ever.
For a mere $30,000, diamond importers Mervis will sell you a rose gold Apple Watch with a wristband containing over 15 carats of diamonds, demonstrating to everyone around you the truth of the old saying that money can’t buy taste.
This is, notes Gizmodo, the same company that back in 2010 offered a similarly tasteful $20,000 iPad.

Nice strap, shame about the watch
This looks like a bad photoshop job. The aspect ratio of the watch is wrong, for example.
You’d think selling $30k tat, they could employ a decent graphic artist …
The writer’s obviously not an Italian from New Jersey.
I wouldn’t put it beyond Apple to detect and reject third party watch bands.
Apple will be loving stuff like this – just adds credibility to their high priced ‘edition’ models
So you spend $30k on a band for a $350 watch….proof people with means will buy anything….IF they sell, which I have no doubt they will.
that’s the rose gold Apple Watch – maybe £5,000 dollars? The sport / aluminium watch is £350
The rich ARE different
They know nothing about the problems of the poor
And care even less buying this !
