One day after releasing iOS 17.5.1 with a fix for a rare bug that caused deleted photos to resurface, Apple today has released its latest update for the Apple TV: tvOS 17.5.1.
Last week Apple launched tvOS 17.5 alongside updates to its other software platforms. While iOS 17.5 introduced some noteworthy new features, like the Quartiles game in Apple News+, no new features were discovered in tvOS.
Today’s update likely brings standard bug fixes and security improvements to the Apple TV, but no release notes were shared.
You can update your Apple TV to the latest software by opening the Settings app, then System, and finally Software Update.
