Apple Immersive ‘Concert for One’ arrives next week on Vision Pro

Today Apple released a new immersive music experience from The Weeknd for Vision Pro users. Alongside that release, the company announced the release date for its next immersive video, and it’s right around the corner.

First Vision Pro ‘Concert for One’ features British artist RAYE

Apple’s next immersive video is coming next Friday, November 22 in a global release.

It carries on the music theme from today’s The Weeknd debut, but in a different form.

Next week’s video will be the first in the new Concert for One series. Here are the details:

Concert for One, the next Apple Immersive music experience launching globally on Friday, November 22, invites fans to enjoy intimate performances from the world’s biggest artists. Through a set recorded at Air Studios in London alongside her 20-piece band, six-time BRIT Award-winning singer-songwriter RAYE offers her blend of R&B, jazz, and pop to viewers from the best seat in the house. The set will also be available in the form of a new EP, available in Spatial Audio exclusively on Apple Music.

Concert for One is expected to offer an experience very similar to the immersive Alicia Keys studio video that arrived with Vision Pro’s launch.

9to5Mac’s Take

That Alicia Keys video represented one of the biggest ‘wow’ moments for me personally upon trying the Vision Pro. Providing an intimate, concert-style experience in Vision Pro is a killer entertainment feature for users.

I’m excited to see the first Concert for One video and hope we get regular installments moving forward. In any case, getting new immersive video in back-to-back weeks is fantastic.
