Apple drops ‘WWDC25 Hello’ playlist on Apple Music ahead of next week’s keynote

Apple’s big WWDC25 keynote is just days away. And as it’s been doing for the past few years, the company has released its official “Hello” playlist to help set the mood, whether you’re a developer or just here for the vibes.

“Get ready for the biggest Apple developer event of the year”

This year’s “WWDC25 Hello” playlist once again features 20 tracks, clocking in at just over an hour. The mix blends upbeat pop, chill electronica, with artists like: Lorde, Ed Sheeran, Charli XCX, Benson Boone, Phoenix, Jamie xx, and PinkPantheress.

You can check out the full playlist on Apple Music.

About that artwork

Last year’s playlist artwork featured the beak of the bird in the Swift logo (and not the tail end of a speech bubble. Thanks to Kyle for the correction,) decked out in neon WWDC24 colors. This time, it’s nearly the same shape, but now rendered in a clean, glassy material with subtle rainbow accents, matching the translucent aesthetic Apple’s been using in all its WWDC25 visuals.

Whether this hints at what’s coming in iOS 26, we won’t have to wait long to find out. In the meantime, you can hit play and pretend you’re already in Cupertino.

WWDC25: What to expect

Apple is expected to unveil major updates across all its platforms, including iOS 26, macOS 26iPadOS 26watchOS 26, and more. With AI reportedly playing a smaller role this year, the spotlight will likely fall on design refreshes, and long-time wishlist picks like better window management support on the iPad.

The keynote kicks off Monday, June 9, and 9to5Mac will feature full coverage before, during, and after the event. See you then!
