South Park mocks Tim Cook’s golden gift to Donald Trump

While political satire has always been a part of South Park across almost three decades, things have reached a whole new level during the new season, with plenty of jokes involving the Trump Presidency. Tonight, that involved Tim Cook, and his recent White House appearance. You can watch the clip below.

In the episode, Cook joins others in presenting Trump with golden trinkets

In the third episode of the new season, aptly called Sickofancy, one of the storylines involved “a long line of visitors bearing gifts, now a prerequisite for any presidential request,” per Deadline’s description.

One of the gift-bearing visitors was Apple CEO Tim Cook, who held a pretty close-to-life rendition of the glass and 24k gold plaque that real-life Tim Cook handed Trump earlier this month, during the Oval Office announcement of the American Manufacturing Program.

Later in the episode, as Trump gets in bed with Satan, he holds the Cook’s golden tribute as he says, “Look at what some dip**it tech CEO gave me,” before suggesting an unusual place to lodge the item.

Alongside Tim Cook, other gift-bearing visitors in the episode included Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and a golden Meta Quest, as well as representatives from Florida gifting a silver-plated space shuttle, and Qatar giving him a golden Qatar Airways airplane model.
