Apple has five all-new products launching this year, here’s what’s coming

Rumors indicate it will be an especially big year for Apple, with 20+ new products expected to launch. Most will be upgrades to existing hardware, but here are five all-new Apple products rumored for 2026.

iPhone Fold

After years of rumors, all signs indicate that Apple’s foldable iPhone is finally launching this year.

The first ‘iPhone Fold’ will have a book-style folding design that’s more wide than tall when unfolded.

Its outer display will be ~5.3 inches, while the inner display is ~7.7 inches. One of the biggest breakthroughs will be the display’s crease-free design.

iPhone Fold will use a titanium frame and look a lot like two iPhone Airs stacked together, but even thinner—about 4.5mm unfolded and 9mm folded.

It will use Touch ID rather than Face ID and have four cameras total: one Center Stage front camera on each display, plus two rear cameras.

Pricing rumors are all over the place, but somewhere around $2,000 is expected.

Apple Home Camera and maybe Video Doorbell

Historically, Apple has mostly ceded the smart home market to third parties. It launched HomeKit over a decade ago, but opted out of creating a broad lineup of its own accessories.

That’s reportedly changing this year, with two Apple Home accessories in the works:

  • Home Security Camera
  • Video Doorbell

The security camera has been repeatedly mentioned as a 2026 product, while the doorbell has a less clear timeline but may also debut this year.

Mark Gurman writes about the security camera:

The device has facial recognition and infrared sensors to determine who is in a room. Apple believes users will place cameras throughout their home to help with automation. That could mean turning lights off when someone leaves a room or automatically playing music liked by a particular family member.

These products are only a small part of what’s expected to be Apple Home’s biggest year for launches yet.

Apple Glasses

Vision Pro isn’t yet the mainstream hit Apple wanted, but the company has an all-new face wearable being unveiled this year.

The new product, which might be called ‘Apple Glasses’ or ‘Apple Vision,’ is rumored to debut late in the year before shipping in 2027.

Apple Glasses won’t be the AR glasses that Tim Cook is reportedly very passionate about launching, but they’re an important step toward that future product.

This 1.0 glasses product will center on AI and Siri, and include cameras for capturing photos and videos, built-in speakers, an Apple Watch-class chip, and more.

Essentially, Apple Glasses will be a lot like the competing Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses, but with deep iPhone integration.

HomePod Touch / HomePad

Rumors indicate Apple has another brand new Home product coming this spring, which may be called HomePod Touch or HomePad.

Originally expected last March, the product was reportedly delayed until Siri’s forthcoming AI upgrades are ready.

HomePod Touch is rumored to feature:

  • 7-inch square display
  • new homeOS software with native apps
  • widgets similar to iPhone StandBy mode
  • camera for FaceTime
  • modular attachments for mounting in different ways
  • AI-infused Siri

The current expectation for pricing is around $350.

MacBook

Apple currently sells a MacBook Air and MacBook Pro, but in the next few months it’s expected to launch a brand new ‘MacBook.’

This entry model MacBook is rumored to have a 12.9-inch display that’s slightly smaller than the current smallest MacBook Air. It will be powered by an iPhone-class chip, reportedly the A18 Pro.

The MacBook may launch in a variety of fun colors, including blue, pink, yellow, and silver.

There’s one feature that will be most appealing though: a lower price point that’s rumored around $599 or $699.
