OpenAI teases Codex-branded hardware collaboration coming, here’s what to expect

OpenAI just teased an upcoming collaborative hardware project that’s set to launch in July. From the looks of it, OpenAI may be teaming up with a popular keyboard maker to release a Codex-branded input device.

Based on the teaser video, it looks like OpenAI has teamed up with Work Louder to create a Codex-specific version of the company’s specialized Creator Micro 2 keyboard.

You can see Work Louder’s existing hardware portfolio here. In the meantime, mark your calendars for a Codex-branded input device coming in July.

Meanwhile, we all await the first hints about what Jony Ive and LoveFrom are doing with OpenAI in the hardware department.
