Leaker Evan Blass has just posted what he claims are the three colors coming to iPhone Ultra, and they include a surprising red option.

iPhone Ultra might have a red option, claims Evan Blass
With the iPhone event now officially set for September 9, rumors for Apple’s flagship new iPhones keep coming. The latest involves colors for the foldable iPhone Ultra.
We’ve long had some consensus on the colors iPhone 18 Pro will offer, including a bold Dark Cherry/Burgundy, Light Blue, Silver, and possibly Space Gray.
But for iPhone Ultra, rumors have indicated there might only be black and white options—or perhaps only white.
Leaker Evan Blass, however, has a new post on X that claims there’s a red version coming too.
The images above appear AI-generated. For example, they contain inconsistencies with iOS 27 in the status bar, such as using the old iOS 26 battery indicator design.
However, just because the images are likely AI doesn’t mean the colors are necessarily wrong.
We’re skeptical, since there hasn’t been a credible rumor of a red option for iPhone Ultra before. It might also be unusual for both flagship models to offer red variants. So take this rumor with a healthy dose of caution.
In any case, whatever Apple has in store will be revealed in just two weeks.
