Apple Invites update makes it easier to manage guests and track RSVPs

The Apple Invites app got updated yet again today, with new features including RSVP improvements and a larger Home Screen widget. Here are the details.

Apple Invites gets new update

Just two weeks after gaining full-resolution photo sharing and new Image Playground capabilities, the Apple Invites app got updated yet again today, with improvements to guest management and Home Screen widgets.

With today’s update, the app can now leverage the new extra-large widget introduced with iOS 27, and makes it easier to track RSVPs.

Here’s Apple’s the full release notes for Apple Invites v 1.12.1:

  • Hosts can now more easily manually add guests to the event and mark their RSVP status, so your guest list stays accurate even when someone confirms outside the app.
  • Invites widget now supports the extra large size to give you more options to countdown on your Home Screen.
  • This update contains bug fixes and performance improvements.
