Deals: M5 Pro MacBook Pro $200 off, AirPods Pro 3, AirPods Max 2, 512GB M5 iPad Pro $150+ off, more

Today’s 9to5Toys Lunch Break is headlined by the return of Apple’s AirPods Pro 3 back down at holiday pricing again as of early yesterday evening, as well as this 2026 base model 16-inch M5 Pro MacBook Pro at $200 off and the most affordable new 1TB M5 MacBook Air back at $150 off. On top of all that, we have Apple’s mid-range 512GB M5 iPad Pro back at the Amazon low (or $279 off open-box) alongside AirPods Max 2 up to $86 off, Elevation Lab’s AirTag 10-Year Extended Battery Case down at $16 today, and an ongoing all-time low on Twelve South’s PowerBug wall charger with Qi2 MagSafe. Head below for a closer look at the details.

It’s back: Apple’s AirPods Pro 3 are once again down at holiday pricing

We have been going strong on AirPods Pro 3 back down at the 2025 Christmas pricing, and Amazon just brought it back again

We have been tracking Apple latest and greatest, arguably the world’s best in-ear buds you can buy, down at $199.99 for the better part of a week now. Amazon decided to jump the price earlier this afternoon, and has now had a change of heart – Apple’s AirPods Pro 3 are back down at $199.99 shipped right now at Amazon.

This might very well be a sign of changes to come as we did not expect to see this deal make it into this week come well before the crack of dawn on Monday, but, alas, it did, and here we are once again.

If you’re looking to land yourself a seriously banger set of buds, the time is nigh and the deals are a flowing’ at Amazon right now.

The AirPods Pro 3 at $199.99 join an ongoing deal we spotted over this past weekend on AirPods 4 down at $99.99 (don’t buy the AirPods 4 ANC set until they get closer to $120), which, as we explained at the time, is a discount but not nearly as notable as the second best price we have ever tracked on the industry-standard AirPods Pro 3.

There’s no telling how long this deal might last or not, but it is live once again if there’s anyone out there looking to land a set before the summer hits.

This 2026 base model 16-inch M5 Pro MacBook Pro is already $200 off at Amazon

We have been tracking a series of particularly notable deals on the 2026 MacBook releases this year, but one of the most notable would have to be this M5 Pro 16-inch at a straight up $200 off.

Amazon is currently offering Apple’s 2026 M5 Pro MacBook Pro with the 16-inch Liquid Retina XDR Display, 24GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD down at $2,499 shipped

Regularly $2,699 straight from Apple and other authorized dealers, this is a $200 discount on a brand new MacBook that just released last month.

We have seen some of the high-end and far more pricey configurations at $200 off already, but this is the first time one of the more mid-priced models has dropped this much – this is actually the base model 16-inch machine, but mid-range in terms of price.

As of the time of writing, only the Space Black model has dropped this low, but we will keep an eye out for the silver variant as well – there’s really no telling whether or not it will follow suit, at least any time soon.

While for some the M5 Pro machine was just never going to be an option, be it because of the price, deal or not, or it just being overkill. But if you are, this $200 price drop is easily one of the best MacBook deals of the year, and especially on the 2026 releases.

Apple’s mid-range 512GB M5 iPad Pro is back at the Amazon low, or $279 off open-box

While we have caught some deeper deals on the more pricey high-end models, Amazon is now offering one of its best prices ever on the mid-range 13-inch 512GB M5 iPad Pro at nearly $150 off

Amazon has Apple’s latest 13-inch M5 iPad Pro with the 512GB storage capacity down at $1,349.99 shipped. This deal is live on both the Space Black and Silver models.

This is a regularly $1,499 configuration seeing a nearly $150 price drop to deliver the lowest price we can find from a reputable source in brand new condition. It’s still quite an investment for a table, but we are talking about arguably the best one on the market and a configuration that hits right in the sweet spot in terms of storage if you ask me.

Today’s deal is also matching the lowest price we have tracked on Amazon for this model.

As of right now, Best Buy is still charging full price for the 13-inch 512GB. However, its “excellent” condition open-box units are sitting at notable prices right now and coming in well below the deals at Amazon:

Here’s more details on Best Buy open-box units, according to the list pages:

  • Geek Squad Verified
  • Works and looks like new. Restored to factory settings.
  • Includes all parts and accessories. Packaging may vary or be absent.
  • 1-year Apple warranty

Now even lower: Twelve South’s PowerBug wall charger with Qi2 MagSafe hits $35 Amazon all-time low

Update 4/21: The price has now dropped again to a new $35.05 Amazon low.

Amazon is now offering its best price to date on the Twelve South PowerBug – a handy gadget that transforms any outlet into a MagSafe charger. Regularly $50, you’ll now find the black/slate model sitting down at a new $39 Amazon all-time low.

Most affordable Apple Watch Series 11 models back at $100 off, more

The $100 price drops on the most sought-after and affordable latest-generation Apple Watch Series 11 models are starting to jump back up, but there are still some deals lingering while others have returned to all-time low pricing from $299

As we detailed yesterday, there are still the bulk of the base 46mm models, including the Jet Black, down at $329 shipped or $100 off. But almost all of the more affordable 42mm had jumped back up at the time of writing.

However, as of this morning, we are tracking both the Silver and Rose Gold 42mm Series 11 models back down at the $299 Amazon low. This is $100 off the list price and a notable chance to land a deal for your spring/summer workouts and wardrobe.

The base model Series 11 models have by and large never sold for better than $100 off since release in September 2025. At this point it is unlikely we see anything better than that across the lineup until Prime Day this summer, but even that is a bit of a stretch. They will likely all be $100 of once again, but it might not be until closer to the next-gen launch that we see anything much better than that.
