Checking your trade-in prices for a 2009 17″ MBP. Offering $80 for a computer that won’t turn on and a hard drive thats got to be near the end of its life cycle. New logic board alone is more than the working $300 price they would pay. Cleaning out my tech closest with cash in my pocket for my next device. Thank you! Cheaper for the 6/6s, and only $30 more for 5/5s, and you are getting an OEM screen instead of aftermarket. Also a lot cheaper if you have apple care+.
Only problem I have is no flawless. Gazelle offers me $240.00 for my flawless AT&T iPhone 6 64Gb and your service offers only $235.00.

I have a question for trade-ins guys. It’s my first time ever to trade something in. I decided after reading this article that maybe I should trade my iPad 3rd gen in and hopefully upgrade to the Air or Air 2 on Black Friday. My question is, when all the info they ask you is just the name, phone #, email and address for the box, how do they pay you? Do they ask for more info after successfully receiving a device or something?

I have an iPad 2 which is literally like new, despite my use. I really care for my hardware, so it’s like brand new. I bought it from Anchorage, when I was in the States back in 2012.
I’d like to know why you wouldn’t trade your old Apple devices in and get gift cards or credit to help off set the cost of you new device(s)?
I’ve taken my old Apple devices to Best Buy and have gotten gift cards. I used that towards the new device and that helps me with the cost.
An example of that I bought the Apple Watch ($699.99 model) at Best Buy for $134.00 of my own money. The rest was gift cards.
And another example is I got the new Apple TV (64 GB) for free at Best Buy by doing the trade-in program.
The Apple Stores will only take your old phone and give you credit towards a new one.
The price for an Apple product is pretty much set in stone. So any store that sells an Apple device the price will be the same.
So you should go where you can trade all of your old devices in and get the new one for almost free.
