Following the launch of Apple Music on Android earlier this week, Apple today has revealed that it is officially shutting down the Beats Music service on November 30th. According to a support document shared on the Beats Music website, all subscriptions will be cancelled on that date, with users being asked to migrate to Apple Music.
In the support document, Apple, of course, touts that all of the features Beats Music users have grown accustomed to are present on Apple Music. Apple also points out all of the new features of its service, including Beats 1 and “even better recommendations.”

Beats Music ends on November 30. Your subscription will be cancelled, but you can move your picks and preferences over to Apple Music right now.

Beats Music stopped accepting new subscribers for Beats Music back in June when Apple Music launched on iOS. The Beats Music iOS app was updated then as well to support easy migration to Apple Music. Following the launch of Apple Music on Android earlier this week, there is seemingly no reason for Apple to keep Beats Music alive any longer.
Beats Music users have until November 30th to enjoy their memberships before they will be canceled.
