If you’re already immersed in the Square Cash ecosystem, Square is adding support for yet another new feature to the app. In a tweet today, the company announced that the Cash app on iOS now supports direct deposits, making it so you can receive your paycheck or other transfers directly in the app…
To view your account and routing numbers in the Cash app, simply head to the settings menu by taping the profile icon in the upper left corner, then tap the “Cash” option under “Funds” and scroll to the bottom. Here, you’ll see the account and routing numbers necessary for setting up direct deposit through your employer.
Cash app is slowly becoming a versatile financial platform for its users. In addition to the ability to instantly send money between users. Earlier this year, the app added support for buying and selling Bitcoin, making it even easier for curious users to join the Bitcoin craze.
Furthermore, Square Cash offers its own debit card that allows users to spend the funds in their account and withdraw it as literal cash from an ATM. The card has a pretty sweet design, too.
Cash app is a free download on the App Store. Account and routing numbers still appear to be rolling out, so if you don’t see them just yet, keep checking.
