I’ve been using this trick since the iPhone 5s first came out and I just realized I never told anyone about it. I always hear my friends complain how they only have 5 slots on Touch ID and sometimes they need another finger to unlock their phone due to an emergency (cooking, dirt, etc). I made this YouTube video for everyone to follow if you’re interested in getting your hand (10 fingers) registered with Touch ID with 2 fingers.

That’s actually pretty cool. Didn’t know that there was a finger limit, I personally only have used 4. Both thumbs and both index fingers, not had a reason for more on either my iPhone or iPad.
