Feed Hawk: Subscribe to a site’s RSS feed from within Mobile Safari

Feed Hawk makes it easy to subscribe to the RSS feed of the website you are visiting.

When visiting a website on an iOS device, there has been no easy way to subscribe to that site’s RSS feed. One can copy the site’s URL into a feed reader, but that requires several steps. I wanted a process that was much simpler.

Feed Hawk is available in the share sheet of Safari, Chrome, and most other iOS web browsers. Simply open the share sheet and select Feed Hawk to subscribe to the site’s RSS feed. If a site offers more than one feed, Feed Hawk will ask the user to select the feeds to which he or she wants to subscribe.

Feed Hawk works directly with the user’s RSS feed reading service. It supports BazQux Reader, Feed Wrangler, Feedbin, FeedHQ, Inoreader, Minimal Reader, NewsBlur, and The Old Reader. The app supports the iPhone, the iPad, and the iPod Touch.
