Registered developers can find the OS update in the Developer Center. Updating from a previous OS X version requires downloading the OS X Software Update Seed Configuration Utility, then checking for the update in the Mac App Store’s Updates section. The update is 1.34 GB. We’ll dig into the latest beta and report any notable differences between it and OS X 10.11.

I’m used to use Flickr for my photos and it’s lighting fast (in all resolutions). I can’t understand why Apple Photos can take up to 15 secs to load each photo when I’m on a 1000/1000MBit fiber. Is it still beta?
