The short of it is this: The original iPod Nanos were easy to get scuffed up. Some people got together and filed a lawsuit. Five years later, they’ve settled on $4 Million for the plaintiffs and $25 for each person who can prove they have purchased a 1st generation iPod Nano. If you got a sleeve with your nano, you only get $15. Seems a bit frivolous, doesn’t it?
