iPad hits a heat sink as class action calls

While you’re clicking away at refreshing the Apple Store page just like an ADHD-struck OCD teenager (unless you is one), just thought there might be time to drop in a little sue-age story: AAPL’s being taken to the courts because iPad won’t work in the heat.
