Will Apple pass Microsoft with a 20B quarter?

Apple months ago blew by Microsoft in the market cap department but Microsoft still eeked by in the revenue department last quarter (see chart below).

But both the bloggers and Wall St. analysts think  that Apple is going to have close to a $20 billion quarter.

Microsoft on the other hand hasn’t sold too many phones lately, has a maturing Windows 7 rollout and is in the second quarter of their Office 2010 release.  Meanwhile Apple forecasted huge earnings at their earnings call last time around.

Will Apple now be the bigger company by revenue?

It seems pretty likely at this point.
