Amazon has updated its Cloud Drive platform with a file sync feature across computers. This new feature allows Amazon to take on Dropbox by allowing users to sync chosen content within a folder across the web and a folder on OS X and Windows. Amazon users get 5GB of storage for free, which is the same as what Apple’s iCloud offers free of charge, but storage upgrades up to 1000GB are available.
