Following a prolonged outage last week that affected iTunes, iCloud, and various other services, users are again reporting issues with Apple’s cloud services. According to a variety of reports on Twitter, some users are unable to sign in to the App Store and iTunes Store on their iOS device, while others are unable to access either store at all. Apple has yet to acknowledge these issues on its System Status page, but its support account on Twitter has replied to some users.

Users report that they are wrongly being told their Apple ID username and password are incorrect. According to the reports, users are getting a message saying their “account cannot be found.” Some users have went as far as to change their password using security questions, but are still unable to log in.
Additionally, some users can’t get the App Store and iTunes Store to load at all. Some users are seeing a “Cannot connect to iTunes” message, while others are seeing a server error message or a blank white page.
Finally, a handful of users report that they are seeing random apps being downloaded with their Apple ID and seeing messages that their account has been compromised.
Apple’s System Status webpage does not show any issues as of right now, but its support account on Twitter has responded to some users asking them to DM for more information. Today’s issues do not appear to be nearly as widespread and significant as last week’s prolonged outage, but nevertheless Twitter suggests that there are indeed issues.
