Deals: Black Apple Watch Ultra 2 $250 off, iPhone 16 Pro Max $600+ off, Mac mini, AirPods, more

It is starting to come down to the wire for holiday shipping and pricing on Apple gear, so today’s 9to5Toys Lunch is bringing some of the best offers still live to the forefront. Firstly, you can still land Apple Watch Series 11 at $100 off with Christmas delivery joined by just about every Apple Watch Ultra 2 at $250 off as part of Best Buy’s 24-hour Tech the Halls sale. Those offers join the ongoing Black Friday pricing on M4 Mac mini from $479 as well as iPhone 16 Pro Max models at over $600 off the original list prices and what might be your last chance at holiday AirPods offers (Apple EarPods are $10 right now if there’s anybody out there that still wants those). Check it all out below.

All black and natural Apple Watch Ultra 2 configs are $250 off in brand new condition

As you may have seen from our coverage this morning, today Best Buy launched a 24-hour Tech the Halls sale and one of the featured deals has a load of Apple Watch Ultra 2 models at $250 off. This is the price drop we spotted for Black Friday this year and quite a notable one when it comes to brand new units. It’s no Ultra 3, but it’s still a solid wearable and just about every configuration and color Best Buy and Amazon sells is now $250 off.

Apple Watch Ultra 2 carried, and by and large still does carry, the same $799 starting list price you’ll find on the Ultra 3. While Apple’s newest pro-grade wearables are seeing some slight deals on Amazon right now, there’s nothing approaching the $100 off we tracked for Black Friday this year. The Ultra 2 however, is heavily discounted ahead of the holidays right now with straight up $250 price drops now live at both major retailers on the Black and Natural Titanium case options with several bands at the ready as well:

Over at Best Buy, the $250 price drops also carry over to the more premium configuration that includes Apple’s Milanese Loop as well:

Best Buy is listing these deals as a today only affair, so there’s no telling whether or not they will still be available tomorrow at $250 off.

Again, the Ultra 2 certainly isn’t the Ultra 3, but I for one will be sticking with the Ultra 2 for the time being, or at least until the price on the Ultra 3 drops significantly online. The now previous-generation model is still a perfectly capable wearable, one you can score for a whole lot less, and one that looks nearly identical anyway.

Apple’s 2025 black Trail Loop just dropped to the Amazon all-time low

Apple Watch Series 11 stock at $100 off is starting to slip, score one for Christmas from the $299 low

If you’re still looking to get an Apple Watch Series 11 at the lowest price yet under the tree this year, time is running out. While some case colors have already either sold out or slipped beyond the Christmas cut-off, there are still some options on the $299 and $329 deal pricing at $100 off at both Amazon and in Best Buy’s new “Get it by Christmas” section. Details below.

While Amazon is having a hard time keeping the most affordable 42mm Jet Black model in stock still, most of the other base options with the $100 price drops are still live and listed as “Arrives Before Christmas” as of this morning (the time of writing):

Best Buy has also launched a 24-hour Tech the Halls sale this morning featuring a new “Get it by Christmas” section. In there you will find the same $100 price drops on Apple Watch Series 11 right now with just about all case color and band options it carries still in stock and on sale, including the Jet Black 42mm model at $299 you won’t find at Amazon and just about all 46mm models starting from $329.

While it’s always hard to guess at when these sorts of deals might either jump back up in price and slip beyond holiday shipping at this time of year, considering this is the lowest price Apple’s new wearable has sold for anyway, it might not be a good idea to wait and find out for sure.

Amazon clears out polished stainless steel Apple Watch Series 9 cell models at $250 off

Still using Apple’s EarPods? All models just $10 on Amazon and AirPods now starting at $75

If you’re still looking to land a set of Apple earbuds for the holidays, there are some deals still live. Not only is Amazon offering all of Apple’s official EarPods down at just $9.99 Prime shipped for those who can still make use of the wired models (or a hit of nostalgia), but there are still some notable holiday-worthy pricing live on the current slate of AirPods.

As mentioned above, there are still some folks out there that can put Apple’s wired EarPods to use and Amazon is offering all three sets down at $9.99 right now:

Much of Amazon’s best offers have come and gone now on AirPods, but you can still land the AirPods Pro 3 down at $209.99 (within $10 of the Amazon all-time low) and Walmart remains the last bastion of hope when it comes to AirPods 4 ahead of the holidays (at least for right now):

While we might see Amazon give it one more go at Black Friday pricing before the year is up, there’s no telling if those offers will land in time for Christmas delivery at this point.

Apple’s new iPhone Air Bumper case is up to 36% off at Amazon right now, deals from $25

As you perhaps already know by now, Apple revived its Bumper-style case this year for the new iPhone Air and we are tracking some notable discounted pricing on Amazon. While the all black model has jumped up a couple bucks from the Black Friday deal, it is still nearly 25% off and you’ll find the others sitting down at the best we have tracked on Amazon.

Most affordable M4 Mac mini still down at the $479 Black Friday price w/ holiday delivery via Amazon

iPhone 16 Pro Max 1TB now over $600 off orig. list price via Amazon Renewed Premium (Undercuts Black Friday deal)

We spotted some seriously deep deals on iPhone 16 Pro Max courtesy of Amazon’s Renewed Premium program just after Black Friday this year. But those previous Amazon all-time lows have now been undercut in the lead up to the holidays – you can now land the 1TB model at up to $612 off the original price.

While the Natural Titanium colorway on the 1TB iPhone 16 Pro Max has jumped up $30 from our previous post, the Black, Desert, a White have dropped even lower from our previous $1,029 mentions. You’re looking at new Amazon all-time lows on all three colors at up to $612 less than the cost of buying the comparable unlocked iPhone 17 Pro Max in new condition straight from Apple:

We recently detailed what the Amazon Renewed Premium program is all about over at 9to5Mac. You can a more complete breakdown over there right now, but the short-form takeaway here is that you’re looking at Amazon’s top-condition units, in the best possible quality, and with complete coverage. You’ll just want to make sure you’re purchasing the phone straight from Amazon with Amazon fulfillment (like the links above) to be sure you’re locking in the 1-year warranty and proper coverage.
