Apple releases first iOS 26.4 public beta with these changes

Apple has released the first iOS 26.4 public beta version for iPhone. iOS 26.4 includes a number of exciting new features and changes, including AI-powered Apple Music updates.

Apple’s public beta program allows iPhone users to try upcoming, pre-release versions of software early. Changes coming in iOS 26.4 include:

Apple is also testing end-to-end encrypted RCS messaging and an enhanced video podcast experience. iOS 26.4 enables Stolen Device Detection by default, and iOS 26’s CarPlay video support is seeing progress.
