Apple drops the Mac from OS X

Interesting note from the changes to OS X today. Apple is ridding itself of the “Mac” moniker. A tipster explains:

Seems like Apple is dropping “Mac” from “Mac OS X.”Everything is now “OS X Lion”…even Snow Leopard is now being called “OS X Snow Leopard”
